Before filling, we have one section of slop gear chain conveyor driven by frequency motor for each line, which is used to infeed
the empty drum one by one easily by operators.

As per your output requirement up to 50 tons per hour, we recommend you to use 3 lines of drum filling and capping system,
which can fill up 313 drums per hour roughly. And according to our designs, each filler isequipped with 4 nozzles and automatic
drum mouth tracking system. Meanwhile, because Asphalt is not easy to get forming during filling process, top level fill is enough.

For capping system, because the asphalt filling temperature is up to 180 degree, we recommend you to use 1 set of automatic
capping machine for each line, each capping machine includes auto cap unscrambler, cap feeding belt, screw head and press-on
head; by the way, screw head is used to close the metallic inner cap of drum and the press-on head is used to crimp outer
anti-dust cap of the drum;

Besides, in the end of each filling line, we add one section of powered accumulation conveyor to accumulate the filled/capped
drum for drum palletizing.

Finally, all filled and capped drums from each 3 lines will be accumulated and feed to two-lane palletizing conveyors, 4 drums will be
lifted and placed onto pallet automatically each time though this drum palletizer, and the palletizing speed can reach up to 80
pallet/hr by using 2 sets of inline palletizing heads, meanwhile, the palletizer is also equipped with auto pallet magazine which can
store 10 pallets at least
