Description	It is a kind of natural pigment extracted from crucifer cabbage. It contains anthocyanins, flavones and tannins. The amaranthine liquid or powder is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. The pH of around environment can influence its color hue and stability. At pH 2.0-6.0, the color is red or amaranthine; at pH 7.0, it is blue: at pH above 7.0, it is unstable green.
Application	it can be used in the coloring of wine ,carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam and candy.
Package	Liquid: polythene barrel;
Package	Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton ; or according to clients demands
Storage	protected from light and heat,should be stored in cool, dry and airproof place.
