Map Machine:
1.Modified Atmosphere Packing is founded around 1999.
2.Normally , the Nitrogen is having 80% spread in the air and other rest 20% is composed
by Oxygen and other elements.
Why use MAP?
1.To isolate the oxygen from your foods and keep the original freshness.
2.Increase the value of your pack.
3.Extend shelf life
4.For example, we put the fish into refrigerator (8-12 Celsius Degree), which only could keep
5-7 days for fresh however it's color or taste.But that will keep it's fresh over 3 weeks while
filling 99% Nitrogen into a pack.
