Structure features:

1.Rollers run through the main motor, reducer,drive gear and ratio gear's driving.

2.The machine is made of chilled castiron alloys,whose work surface has high hardness,so it is wear-resistant and durable.

3.While using,the steem,cooling water and heat-conducting oil can be passed into the roller's cavity,so that the working temparature can be adjusted in order to meet the technological requirement.

4. Roll nip adjustment is realized by hand or electracial opearation which can obtain high accuracy and sensitivity.
