Specifications
RK-152 is made up of ternary intumescent flame-retardant system and add carbonific to form intumescent carbon layer to develop flame-retardation effects for polyolefin.
The flame retardant property of homopolymerize and copolymerization PP which is added RK-152 can be reach UL 94-V0(0.75mm). The homopolymerize and copolymerization PP which is added RK-152 has passed 70℃×168 hours submerging test and GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ Glow-wire test. And it is not limited by RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
Flame retardant products which use RK-152 have the advantage of little density, low fuming quantity, little mould corrosion.
Because the RK-152 has Hydrophobic ability, when it is used into polypropylene will not occur neatly phenomenon.
