It can automatically complete the whole process including bag making, metering, filling, sealing liquid packaging machines, vertical triangular sealing packaging machines, bagged tea packaging machines, vertical three-sided sealing, vertically back sealing and pillow packaging machine, etc.

1. The equipment adopts stainless steel exterior decorations, conforming to GMP requirements.

2. The computer controller is a nationally original patented product. It adopts the advanced CPU chip, imported switch and power       supply. All functions are realized through button operations and are digitally displayed.

3. The tracking precision is within a speed range of 30-100 bags/min with an error within 0.5mm.

4. The whole packaging process including bag making, metering, filling, cutting, counting, etc. is completed automatically.

5. The automatic bag packaging machine adopts bag length setting by computer, freeing you from the trouble of bag setting by the     replacement of gears.

6. It is provided with the automatic alarm function for output setting, and the function of automatically displaying the running speed     of the packaging machine.

7. According to customer requirements, it can be provided with ribbon printing to carry out printing of date and batch NO.

3. Equipment repair

The equipment is subject to one-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance. The knowledge on equipment repair will be taught on site with the equipment instructions provided. If any problem occurs during the warranty period, you only pay for the charge of parts.

 We have 100 logistic points throughout the country. Users may pay the freight after receiving the equipment, and for foreign users, we can help settle the formalities for customs clearance and export.
