Installation

1. Please install the laser tube on the bracket according to the Recommended support position on label, and keep the arrow on label is up, after confirmed the direction of laser output.

2. Caution: Coolant should be Full of the tube before turn on the power supply.

1)      Please Install in accordance with the indication labels, if there are " coolant in" & " coolant out" sticker on the tube.

2)      If without the labels, Please adjust the tube to ensure the water inflow from low Position and gets out from higher position.

3)      Suggestion: Effect will be better choice the output of laser (Negative side) is the " coolant in", the opposite side as the " coolant out".

4)      Ensure All bubbles in the coolant circulation are completely discharged

Prevent the laser tube explosion, cause of partial of tube is overheat,

3. Connect theNegative and the positive of the laser tube.

1)      the Terminal of laser output is the negative (-), the opposite terminal is the Positive (+).

2)      If Need welding a cable on the laser tube, do not put the tube under high Temperature or long time when you welding the solder, avoid to the gas leakage.

3)      There Are lots of dust near the positive position after long time of working, and Influence the cutting effect, we suggesting potting the positive by silica gel.

4. Lightly move the Supporter or the rotate the laser tube, find out the best output result in this Process of adjusting the support position and gently rotate the laser tube, get the best output effect

Cautions & Maintenance tips

1.Choose water pump and chiller, According to the model of the laser tube, the lift should not be lower than 3.5M, and flow should not be less than 5000L/H.

2. If You choose water pump and water tank, make sure each tube equipped one set. Only One water tank for double or more machines is prohibited.

3.Temperature of the coolant:

 the temperature of coolant should not be more Than 35℃, otherwise, please stop The working and change cold water.

the temperature of coolant should not Be less than 0℃, otherwise, please drained The water, frozen water might cause cracks of the glass.

4. Coolant of the laser tube: Distilled or deionized water.

Impurities in the water easily lead to high voltage end breakdown. At the same time, wall Accumulation of impurities in a water-cooled tube that is not conducive to the heat Exchange and derived.

5. Lens & mirror: Make sure the lens & mirror is clean during the usage. When You adjustment or working for a long time, the lens &Mirror is dirty, Please wipe gently by alcohol cotton (alcoholConcentration≥95%)

6.High Voltage protection(Only Ultra type): Make sure the wiring screw at the negative & Positive be tightly fastened. Should be clean the dust on high voltage terminal (negative) once a month. Clean the dust of high pressure cap and then install The cap on the high pressure terminal.
