3MK series grinders' structural and technical features:
3MK grinder used to grinding the single row radial ball bearing inside channel. It can be used in single machine automatic processing, can also be used for automatic wire-line.
1. Grinder adopting the way of grinding wheel rack fixed, workpiece feed plate and correction compensation skateboard relation motion.
2. Controlled by AC servo drive motor, high precision ball screw (Nanjing Technical Equipment Factory) and flexible coupling servo precision bearing components separately control workpiece feeding and wheel dressing compensation.
3. CNC adopts Mitsubishi FX2N-64MPLC+FX-20G positioning module and GT-1055 color touch screen.
4. Feed shaft and trim shaft adopts Mitsubishi HC-SFS series AC servo motor and MR-J2S driver, as well as equipped 17 encoder semi-closed loop control, pulse equivalent less than 0.1, display revolution 1μ.Table feed and compensation skateboard adopt cross rail, operate steadily, adjust easily.
