After-sale service:

During re-installation, technical professionals will provide technical consulting, engineering commissioning, maintenance of equipment operation and free training for workers of user company. We provide free lifetime service guarantee under one-year equipment warranty, as well as spare parts and free maintenance service even due to artificial damage. After warranty, we only charge the cost in terms of equipment maintenance.

Responding time for maintenance:

Generally as for domestic equipments, we promise to arrive at the spot within 48 hours upon picking up the phone; as for the equipments abroad, we firstly give a early stage phone guidance on maintenance according to the circumstance of equipment. We promise to arrive at the fastest speed, if needed to arrive at the spot for disposal. (as certain country needs visa, the accurate arrival time is not sure, but we guarantee we will arrive in least time, no delay. )
