1 Extruded aluminum ASTM6005 with internal and external corrosion protection,which honed cylinder surface for longer time and working with low coefficient of friction.
2 Dual piston rack and pinion are designed for compact construction, symmetric mounting position, long-cycle life and fast operation, reverse rotation,all the above-mentioned functions can be done simply by inverting the pistons.
3 Multiple bearings and guides on racks and pistons. Working with low friction,our products have longer cycle life and can prevent shaft blowout.
4 Modular preloaded spring cartridge design, with coatedspring for versatile range,safety,corrosion resistance and longer cycle life.
5 Fully machined teeth on piston and pinion to prevent backlash rack and pinion engagement and to pursue maximum efficiency. Stainless steel fasteners are designed for persistent corrosion resistance.
6 Full conformance to the latest specifications: IS05211,DIN 3337 and Namur(product interchangeahility),easy mounting of solenoids, limit switches and other aocessodes.
