SY Series Screw Conveyor product description

   SY series spiral conveyer is in accordance with the JB/T7679-95 "screw conveyor" standard design and manufacturing, the replacement of GX series. Move the head and tail bearings to the body's outside. The bearings are sliding. It is dust-proof seals and the bearing bush is generally used in the powder metallurgy. The transportation of cement is felt bearing screw .Hanger shaft and screw shaft is connected with slider. When dismantling the spiral, we need not to move the drive. We need not to move the screw when dismantling the hanging bearing. When we lubricate the suspension bearings we need not to dismantle the cover plate. The machine has high reliability, long life, high adaptability, easy installation and maintenance.

Main performance

   Spiral conveyer is continuous conveying equipment using screw rotation to move the material. It used to convey flour, grain, cement, chemical fertilizer, lime-ash, sand, pebble, coal powder etc. Spiral conveyer can't convey easy metamorphous, high stickiness and easy blocking materials

Spiral conveyer can fix up level or dip conveying form. (dip angle: GX<20°,LS<15°) If needing to change the convey orientation, you should make special orders. The working environment temperature usually is -20°~ 80°C

The working environment temperature usually is -20°~ 40°C.The conveying materials temperature usually is  -20°~ 200°C

LS series spiral conveyer fits to fix up in level or small dip angle form, the dip angel is suitable not exceeding 20°.

Screw conveyer operation and maintenance

      Spiral conveyer conveys powder, granules and small massive material as general application. All kinds' bearings work in dust, so screw conveyor reasonable operation and maintenance is very important in this working case. Screw conveyor operation and maintenance requirements as follows:

1. Spiral conveyor should start with non-loaded. It starts with no material in machine, then adding material.

2. Increase adding material speed gradually up to fixed conveying capacity and evenly adding material when adding material at first. Or else the material easy to blocking and actuating device overload leading to the whole machine damage.

3. In order to guarantee the machine starting with non-loaded requirement, the spiral conveyer should stop adding material before shut down.

4. The conveying material can't mix tough large material avoiding the machine stuck leading to damage.

5. Examine each part the screw conveyer working condition in use, notice the fastening parts loosen or not. If the parts loosen, we should tightening screw to make it fasten.

6. Pay special attention to the spiral tube and screw in connection shaft loosen or not. If it happens, we should stop and correct.

7. The cover can't take down in revolving in case leading to the accident.

8. The machine appears abnormality in revolving; we should examine and eliminate not forcing to revolve.

9. The machine moving parts should add lubricate oil.
