ChengLi bulk cement tank truck can be used for delivery and discharge for bulk cement powder, pulverized lime and other powder with diameter less than 0.1mm.
The truck consist of truck chassis, air compressor, fluidized bed, air inlet pipeline, discharge pipe and others. The air compressor make the powder inside fluidized. The powder will discharge through the discharge butterfly bumper when the pressure reaches the requested level.
The discharge speed is 1-1.3ton/min when the pressure is 0.2Mpa, the residual Rate is 3‰ . The max discharge height can be more than 25m.
The outside shape is tank of round in shape, the tank material is good quality carbon steel produced by WISCO. The tank inside is air bag type vulcanization bed, the structure is simple and with easy maintenance. The air compressor is optional with 7.3, 8, 10m3 specification. The power is transferred by shaft directly.
