DELIVERY TIME
6 months after the down payment;
TRAINNING
The Buyer could dispatch their operators to the Seller's factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller's technician could train the Buyer's operators in the Buyer's factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;
The training is free of charge;
INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
The Seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the Buyer's factory.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The Buyer should pay for the engineer's food & board while installation in buyer's factory.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee time is one and half yearafter the machines normally works in the Buyer's factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.
Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won't be listed in guarantee coverage.

ECVV doesn't charge any service fee to Buyers for buying this product.

ECVV is responsible for supply, and provides product quality inspection, fund supervision and supply chain services.

Product Quality Commitment
ECVV China Sourcing Agent will assess the reputation and supply ability of the factory and conduct field trips to select the high-quality Chinese factories for buyers.

Deposit Service Commitments
In order to improve the quality of service, ECVV will charge for a 100CNY deposit for the agent purchasing order, and the deposit will be part of subsequent purchasing costs.
After paying a deposit, if the purchasing order is not completed because of unsatisfied ECVV services, ECVV will refund your deposit.
