The top dome PDC inserts produced by Wuhan Reetec are the most advanced inserts for drilling applications. The top dome PDC inserts consist of spherical domed carbide substrate and diamond layer sintered on the surface of the carbide substrate. The products feature extreme high impact resistance, thermal stability and wear resistance. Using specialized interface optimized technology and manufacturing process to adopt different designs and manufacturing processes for different applications. We have two types of inserts: Top Dome PDC Inserts for Oil Drilling and Top Dome PDC Inserts for Engineering
Wuhan Reetec has now developed top dome PDC inserts into a third generation. Based on the second generation, the third generation has been optimized by improving the ratio of diamond powders, as well as the synthesis mode structure, the pressing process, manufacturing and test, so as to improve the impact properties of top dome PDC inserts. The specifications of top dome PDC inserts are from φ5-φ19, shaped ball type inserts, bevel ball inserts, wedge type inserts, which are mainly used in heel row, gage row and head OD of Roller Cone bits and PDC bits for drilling hard formation and extremely hard formations.
