Our scraper conveyor are available in two varieties: the self-cleaning scraper conveyor and the embedded scraper conveyor. Both types of conveying equipment are multi-functional conveying machinery that can act not only as a feed pellet conveyor, but also a grass scraper conveyor and a grain conveyor used in different types of feed processing factories, brewing factories, grain bins, ports and docks for conveying small pellets and powdery material. Along with conveying in a horizontal manner, the scraper conveyor can also move items at a angle of 150o.
However, this scraper conveyor is not suitable for conveying high temperature, high-humidity, or corrosive materials.
Features
1.The multi-functional conveyor is characterized by its simple structure, small size and excellent sealing performance.
2.Plastic wear resistant plates are used in the guide rails, which significantly reduces the noise caused by the mechanical transmissions and extend the service life of the entire scraper conveyor.
3.Our horizontal conveyor is designed with an enclosed structure, making it ideal for conveying materials that tend to fly into the air. This conveying machine improves the working conditions of employees and contributes environmental protection.
4.The chains on the scraper conveyor are strong scraper chains.
5.Direct feeding and bypass feeding are both available for our feed conveyor in order to carry out a stable material feeding. An anti-blocking alarm can also be added to the scraper feeder upon customer request.
6.Our scraper conveyor can start on heavy loads and consumes very little power. It is also easy to operate and maintain.
