Working principle of cast wheel rail transfer bogie

As the electric source of BXC type transfer bogie, the battery offers the power for rail transfer car, the direct current is conducted into the electrical appliance box, and through the electrical appliance box, it offers electric for the control system and the electric motor. The hand held control and the remote control the start, stop of the electric motor, then the start ,stop, forward and backward of the transfer cart.

Application of 10t transfer bogie

When to weld round steel and retort, it needs to rotate in 360°. The transfer cart is fixed with roller support bracket.Then workpiece will rotate in 360°with roller to weld.After welded,transfer cart will go to radiography room and inspect it in 360°.
