Application

Methods

1. 100-120 mesh with screen printing.

2. Natural drying 24h or drying tunnel (drying machine) at 130°C with 2-3 minutes.

3. Washing after drying completely.

Attention

1.Natural drying time is associated with the temperature and air humidity.

2.Storage period:,Stored for more than one year at indoor temperature, and the storage should be kept cool, dry and ventilated.

3.The bag should be enclosed in case of exposing to the air, causing crust.

4. As for color mixing, according to the demand for the color intensity to add the dosage, adding too much is easy to cause fading. It is better to control within 5%.

5. If printing on saturated cloth that is easy to fade, in order to reduce unnecessary losses ,it must be do the test whether the color will sublime to the surface of the paste.

6. Mixing well the white paste and clear paste to print in case of the phenomena of cracking and bad softness.

7. When use the clear paste to print, adding proper white paste and color to help show the applied effect of the clear paste.
