This masterbatch is made of DBDPE powder,nucleating agent,dispersing agent etc.Granulation is extruded by the twin-screw after efficient mix.

White powder, nontoxic, odorless, noncorrosive, excellent thermal stability. Dissolvability: insoluble in water, alcohol, acetone, benzene, slightly soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbon.

Melting Point: 304~309℃

Toxicity: LD50>15g/kg by rats

It can be applied in plastic products. As it is toxic, the production equipment shall be sealed and the operation spot shall be excellent in ventilation. The operators shall wear protective devices.

   As a kind of broad-spectrum, efficient and additive fire retardant, it has the features of small volume of addition, strong fire retardance and excellent thermal stability. It is widely applied in rubber, textile, electronics, plastics, etc., especially suitable for PE, PP, ABS, PA6, PS, PBT, PC and other synthetic materials.

Production Scale: 6,000 tons/year.

  Packaging, Storage and Transportation: Iron drums or woven lined plastic bags; net weight 25g/drum (bag). Store it in dry and ventilated warehouses. Keep it from fire and sun burning. Transport it according to common chemical product regulations.
