I. For this machine, PLC intelligent control system imported is used, the hydraulic elements from German and Taiwan are adopted and its technical parameters can be adjusted at any time. This machine has the functions of fault alarming and fault position displaying. And it is easy to learn how to operate and maintain.
II. This machine can quickly make 360 degree rotation. When a wrong operating happens, it can exactly show the user what fault happens and how to deal with. With forced material distributing, low-frequency material feeding and high-frequency vibrating, the problem in material distributing has been thoroughly solved for this machine. With this machine, all kinds of products can be produced with ideal forming results and high density and strength.

III. The body of the machine is made of heavy-duty steel structure with split style in design so that the service life can be prolonged and operating performance stable and reliable; Its intermediate small hydraulic cylinder can make the upper pressing mould head rising up in high speed and its big hydraulic cylinders on the both sides can increase the pressure force so that the forming speed for the products is quicker and the pressure better.
IV. Only by changing its forming moulds, baking-free hollow blocks, road shoulder bricks, revetment bricks, river way bank antiskid bricks and Square bricks can be produced. So, it is a multi-purpose machine.
V. It is equipped with specialized stacker. So, automatic production of large mass quantity can be achieved easily.
