FRR...EI series guide rollers

UBM provide a wide range of guide rollers to be able to meet different technical and economic requirements. All guide rollers are produced in concentric and eccentric versions to allow backlash adjustment during assembly on final equipment. Eccentric rollers are identified by additional R in the code.

The side of the races of guide roller are slightly convex. Besides reducing rolling friction, this also permits offsetting slight guide flexing or small assembly alignment errors.

Guide roller re fitted with seals or shield for bearing protection and lubricant retention as described in dimensional tables.

Guide roller based on ball bearing(FR..EU, FR..EI) are more suitable for lighter loads or high dynamic systems.
