CSA expansive agent it is a kind of double expansion scource agent. Belong to ettringite expansive agent. Main raw composion is calsium sulphoaluminate and calcium oxide. Which cause hydration reaction, produce ettringite And ca(OH)2 ect. The ettringite will cause volum expansion, and can compensative the shrinkage while the concrete turn dry. In the meantime, the crystal has large finess, can enhace the compact of conctete.

How csa expansive agent effect when used in concrete?

Low dry shrinkage in ealry period of hydration process.

Micro expansion to compensate the crack in later term of curing.

Therefore, made the concrete has good waterproof and impermeability. Which is also called rigid waterproof in field of construction waterproofing project.

Scope of application:

1.expansive concrete: underground, underwater, seawater ect construction, large volume concrete(except for ban), waterproof of house and toilet, Reinforced pavement and plate, component reinforcement, leakage repair, prestressed concrete, backfile tank ect.

2.Expansive concrete filled: afterword casting zone, tunnel plug, Filling between steel pipe and tunnel ect

3. grouting expansive mortar: grouting of base equipment, fix of anchor bolt, liangzhu joint, component reinforcement, enhancement ect

4. self-stressing concrete: self-stressing concrete pressure pipe in room temperature ect.
