A high performance intelligentize electric furnace of special carbon material field( suitable for other field) is launched by our engineers digested and absorbed foreign advanced temperature measurement, temperature control technology, intelligentize, new materials technology and furnace hearth design technology.
●Application:
Application for carbon material sintering, PI film graphitization, graphitization of heat conduction material, carbon-fiber line sintering, sintering graphitization of carbon-fiber lamp screw and other material of sintering and melting under carbon environment.
●Feature:

1.The highest using temperature: 3000℃

2.The working atmosphere in the furnace: vacuum, argon, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gas etc.

3.Temperature measurement: far infrared optics for temperature measurement, the range of temperature measurement: 1000~3000℃ or 600~3100℃, the accuracy of temperature measurement: 0.2~0.75%

●Uniformity of furnace temperature:

Ultimate speed of temperature rising: 100℃/min(depends on the empty furnace, the volume of high temperature area and the furnace hearth structure)uniformity of furnace temperature:≤±10℃.

1.Furnace body of ultra-high temperature within 3000℃, completely satisfies various of material sintering and graphitization.

2.Digital display of intelligent temperature control system, automatic high precision temperature control process, the system can rise temperature according to a given temperature curve, and can store twenty sections different craft heating curves in total 400 segments.

3. Adopting the internal circulation water cooling system; digital flow monitoring system, adopting high performance and medium frequency contactor for furnace body conversation; PLC water, electricity and gas comprehensive automatic control and protection system.
