Construction

Sino-cables type power cable is constructed with concentric lay stranded copper or aluminum conductor. The conductor is extruded with PVC(polyvinyl chloride) or XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene) insulation. The insulated conductors are cabling together with non-hygroscopic fillers inside for round shape and reinforcement tape for added strength and conformity. A PVC outer jacket covers the entire assembly. If for direct burial, a galvanized steel tape and an inner PVC sheath are needed between bonding tape and the outer sheath.

GB/T 12706; IEC60502, or other standards required by customers.

Features

1.the operating temperature: -40℃----90℃, for PVC insulated cable is -40----70℃.

2.When short-circuit happens(with 5s),the maximum temperature of the conductor shall not be over 250 ℃(PVC insulated cable is 160℃).

3.Different level of fire resistant as NH, fire retardant as ZR, low smoke halogen free as WDZ, or other requirements by customers.

4.chemical attack resistance and rat proof and termite proof.

5.The concentric product has low impedance and excellent screening property, and meets the requirement of RoHS.
