2. Introduction of flow:

the pipes produced from the line are aligned on the stage (or lifted by the Crane ).Stepping hydraulic motor drives walking beam and sends the pipes to the Alignment working station.with the wakling beam retating one round,the pipe has Been sent ahead for one working position. Hear the alignment device includes Active rollers and passive rollers.with walking beam rotating for another round ,the pipe has been sent to working position.and the clamping device clamps the Pipe.The device is drived by hydraulic cylinder.The pipe is being facing and Bevelling. The facing and bevelling is finished by main spindle head .Main spindle includes foundation,transmitting Part,feeding parts,cutter head and so on.Speed changing of transmitting parts Is controlled by AC motor.The quick Feeding,feeding and quick feeding back action is dirved by servo-motor.The Cutter head includes facing knife,bevelling knife.after facing and bevelling, Opening the clame then kick off the pipe,another pipe is sent to the stage.
