Product description:
Car bottom Furnace mainly consists of the chamber, temperature control box, car bottom. Separate design of temperature control box; Car bottom with electric walking and automatic positioning, and can be coupling sealed with the furnace chamber.
Main features:
1. Furnace chamber is made of high-purity Alumina ceramic materials, new assembly structure, without deformation and collapse under high temperature.
2. Heating element is resistance wire, which can bear large load and provide a long life.
3. Heating rate: 0~30℃/min. It takes about 30min to heat up from room temp. to 1000℃.
4. PID temperature control enables high precision(±1℃), with the function of temperature compensation and correction.
5.Temperature controller is programmable with 2 groups/16 segments(or based on the customer's requirement).
6. Electrical component with function of leakage protection, safe and reliable for the user.
7. with over-temperature alarm: machine sends out light&sound alarm and stops heating when temperature exceeds the set value.
