Production Process of full automatic assembly line:

1. Tube Labeling part: Paste label on tube wall

2. Tube lifting part: Transport tube from labeling part to next part

3. Tube Loading part: Load tubes into tube rack

4. Reagent Filling & Spraying part

5. Drying part: Dry tube(1) + Dry tube(2) + Dry tube(3) + Dry tube(4)

6. Caps adding part

7. Vacuuming and Capping part

8. Place finished tube into EPS tray part

9. Shrink packing part

Brief description of each process

Part 1 Tube Labeling:

Automatically paste label on tube outside wall;

Equipped with two channels for tube loading.

Part 2 Tube lifting:

Second, one lifting system transport tubes with labels to the tube loading part;

Part 3 Tube loading:

Automatically load tubes into test tube rack;

Load 10 pcs tubes at one time, 10 times for one tray.

Part 4&5 Reagent filling & spraying + Drying:

Fill or spray reagent into tube and dry tube;

Equipped with ten set nozzles and ten valves for reagent solution dispensing, one to one control, high precision, good repeat-ability and conformity; Totally four station for tube drying,

Drying temperature and time are adjustable.

Part 6 Caps adding part:

Put the assembled rubber caps into tube rack;

Equipped with two vibrate feeders and 5 orbits for caps feeding. Catch caps 50 pcs at one time, two times for one tray.

Part 7 Vacuuming and capping:

Do vacuum and capping (close cap) at the same time.

Part 8 Place finished tube into EPS tray:

after closed cap, automatically transfer finished tubes from tube rack to EPS tray.

Part 9 Shrink packing:

Pack film with finished tubes with EPS tray.

Automatically wrap film, cut film, and heating.
