Vertical Working Principle:
the motor-driven reducer puts the grinding disc in rotation. Materials to be grinded are delivered to the center of rotating grinding disc by the air-block feeding device. with centrifugal force, the materials move to the periphery of the disc and into the grinding roller. with the pressure of the roller, the materials are smashed by extrusion, grinding and shearing. At the same time, the airflow or hot air generated by the blower jets out at a high speed evenly from the air ring around the disc, by which coarser ground materials are blown back to the disc for re-grinding, suspended materials are dried and finer materials are driven to the separator for classification. Qualified fine powder is discharged from the grinder with the air flow and collected by the collector; it is considered the product. Unqualified coarse powder is sent back to the disc with the help of separator blade for re-grinding together with newly fed materials. The step repeats until qualified fine powder is discharged. these constitute the entire grinding process.
