YRK4N serial Magnesium hydroxide Feature and Main application:

2 YRK4N serial Magnesium hydroxide fire-retardant is high purity Mg(OH)2,,the surface is specially treated with compound aminosilan.

2 Because surface is after organic reaction,so it greatly reduces surface energy, and improves the dispersion and liquidity in organic matter accordingly,

2 as a no halogen flame retardant,it can be used in plastic. Such as PE,PP EPDM,Rubber.Low smoke density and high thermal stability. Initial degradation temperature is about 340 degrees centigrade.No Poisonous and causticity air when degradation.

2 Because of compound vinylsilane surface treatment,it is good for improving the compatibility of polymer and filler when casting mold and modification.

2 with pretreatment of powder when chemical reaction,it will deduce clients' input for facility and processing steps.Further Lower the cost of facility and labor

Magnesium hydroxide is a new type of inorganic fire-retardant, as a green and environmentally friendly flame retardant.It is halogen free, low smoke, non-toxic, resistance drops, and also can neutralize acid and corrosive gases produced during fuel combustion.

We has succeeded in production hexagonal platelet magnesium hydroxide, which relys on special technics: advanced production techniques and adopts chemo synthesis,diameter control and temperature control by stages etc, High purity, good dispersion, narrow distribution of particle size and particle is like hexagonal platelet.

Main application and advantage:

as a non-halogen flame retardant, It can be adopted in plastics and elastomers. Low smoke density and high thermal stability, initial decomposition temperature  is about 340 degrees centigrade. Suitable for high-temperature mixing processing, good dispersion and fluidity in the resin, and also can improve the compatibility of polyester.

as a high loading and additive flame retardant, It can be widely used as fire retardant and smoke suppressant in range of plastics and rubber, such as PE, PP, PVC, EVA, ABS, TPE etc.
