Property:
1.Strong fluorescence and light stability, excellent whitening effect.
2.It is anionic, can be used together with anionic or nonionic surface sizing agent.
3.Strong resistance to acid and peroxide borate and hydrogen peroxide.
Application:
Mainly be used in whitening of pulp, surface sizing, also used for the brightness of cotton, cellulose fiber fabric.
Treating PRocess:
Paper
1. in pulp, BA should be added before alum or cationic auxiliary agent, dosage: 0.05-0.4%(absolute dry pulp).
2. in sizing, it can used together with CMC,PVA,starch, anionic or weak cationic sizing agent.
3. in coating, after dissolved, it is used as the form of aqueous solution for preparing conting in any stage
Textile Printing & Dyeing
Dosage: 0.05-0.4%(o.w.F), Liquor Ratio: 1:20-40, Alum: 5-20g/L
Dyeing temperature60-100°C, PH: 7-9.
