Working Principle:
High-speed Bucket Elevator is the latest generation of vertical conveying equipment. A belt or chain is used as traction, and a series of buckets are fixed to the traction which will be driven to run by the head sprocket. the material will flow into the buckets automatically from the tail inlet, and along with the direction of the traction, the material will be transported to the head unit, then discharged from the head outlet.
Bucket Elevator Application:
Vertical Bucket Elevator is suitable for lifting powdery materials, small granular materials, and high-abrasion material vertically.
Main Composition:
Drive Device: it includes motor, fluid coupling, and gear reducer, which are mounted on a base frame.
Running parts: it consists of buckets and sleeve roller chain.
Upper Device: it consists of head sprocket assembly, head casing, maintenance platform, safety guard and maintenance hanger.
Middle Casing: it is composed of the first middle section, standard middle section, the middle section with inspection door, and non-standard middle section.
Lower Device: it consists of tail sprocket assembly and lower casing.
Control Device: it includes speed switch and level switch.
Standard parts and files: standard parts for installation, general installation drawing, operation instruction, and quality certificate.
