• for the existing samples we have stock, we could provide free samples; but the shipping cost is collected, and if you let us use your DHL or Fedex account, that would be better.
• If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you need pay the mould charge; Mold charges can be refunded after receipt of orders.

• after sample approved, clients pay 30% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production;
• Production time is 15-20 days after deposit and design approved Depends on quantity and detailed requirement.Nomally 10-15days.
• We send photos or issue mass production samples to clinets for inspection after production finished, Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable;
• We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance
