Available as Class O and Class 1 and comprise various sizes in terms of wall thickness, inner and outer diameter and density for insulating copper or steel tubes used mainly for household air-conditioners and refrigerators;
Industrial air-conditioners such as used in hotels, airports, hospitals, offices, certain electronic factories, shopping complexes, underground mining premises, train stations, shipyards, ships, indoor stadium, exhibition halls and other commercial properties;
Industrial refrigerators and refrigerant lines such as used by frozen food manufacturers, hypermarkets and liquid gas producers;
Hot or cold piping systems such as used in shipping vessels, factories with chilling or heating systems, hotels, airports, hospitals, offices, certain electronic factories, shopping complexes, underground mining premises, train stations, shipyards, ships, indoor stadium, exhibition halls and other commercial properties; and

Thickness recommendations to control condensation in pipe insulation of cooling lines
Insulation above 76mm ips are in precut sheets and availble up to 38mm thickness.
Dacellflex thickness recommended within the specified temperature ranges will control condensation on indoor piping under design conditions defined as follows:
Mild air-conditioned and arid areas.
Maximum severity of most indoor conditions seldom exceed 29.4°c and 70% rh.
Severe & extremely conditions of high humidity or poorly ventilated areas where temperature may be depressed below the ambient.under conditions of high humidity, additional thickness of insulation may be required.
