Ⅱ. Introduction for High Vacuum Molecular Distillation Technology In Used Engine Oil Recycling Machine

2.1 Used engine oil recycling machine with high vacuum molecular distillation technology can convert used engine oil to diesel and base oil. and its technology parameters are as following:

(a) the temperature in the first distillation is up to 140~170℃, the pressure is about 200~1500Pa.Product is gasoline and diesel.

(b) the temperature in the second distillation is up to 170~210℃, the pressure is about 30~100Pa.Product is light lube base oil.

(c) the temperature in the third distillation is up to  210~250℃, the pressure is about 1~20Pa, Product is heavy lubricant oil base oil, the residue can be used as the fuel. in the process of distilling the waste lubricant oil, it will not go through the chemical reaction about pickling, alkaline cleaning, decolorization and precipitation, and no discharge of sodium salt or decolorant, so there is almost no pollution to the environment. The distilled base oil can be made into new lube oil after add suitable additives, its flash point and viscosity can meet the national standard.
