2)Casting materials like Zircon sand and zircon powder are all imported from Australia. the roughness of the valveis Ra0.8-3.2um, which meets the market standard of Europe and America.
3)Professional steel parts machining, two-step of machining and twice inspection, ensures the accuracy error of±0.20mm, high standard machining assures valve zero-leakage.
4) the valve stem bearing use "copper sleeve", which with good wear and corrosion resistance. Although cost is 50% higher than other materials, prolong the service life by 60-70%;
5) Rubber seat contains over 50% rubber, with stable resilience and tension. Although the cost is 30% higher than that of similar products in the market, its service life can be extended by 1-2 years; valve seat option with PTFE, NBR, EPDM, FKM etc.
6) Operation handle has opotion for 45#steel, stainless steel and aluminium etc.
