Aluminium spacer for glass is made from pure aluminium such as AA1100/1050/1060.
after surface treatments, aluminium spacer will be free from oxidation, corrosion,effectively eliminate atomization.

Bending:hard bending,side bend ( except free ptosis bending radian) not allowed
Appearance:smooth,no scratches,holes even
Process:after reducing,reducing wall wool,fine processing flat round,after alignment die and core to reach the specification and the thickness,after variant is straight,to be convex with adhesive for sealant,after needle machine needle wide in order to suck air,the gas in hollow glass
