Ansen Customized Oil Pipe Sealing Tape Urethane Impregnated Waterproof Repair Tape
Ansen Pipe Tape is a fast curing pipe repair bandage especially formulated to make quick and effective repairs of cracks, leaks, fractures, and corrosion porosity in piping carrying water, oil, steam, most gases and even solvents. Wencon Pipe Tape has good pressure, temperature and chemical resistance.

* Using gloves, remove bandage from the package. Immerse in temperate water for 4-6 seconds.
* Wrap tightly and quickly,using entire roll extend approx. 5 to 8cm above and below the damage area.
* Wet gloves in water,squeeze and mold tape in the direction of the wrap until resin stops foaming and is set.
* Wait 30min for ANSEN Bandage to set rock-hard.

* A clean, rough surface helps result in a successful repair.
* after pouch is opened, the bandage will start to set when exposed to moisture in the atmosphere; therefore, it is important to work as quickly as possible.
* ANSEN Bandage has a 3-5 minute work life, with full cure in 30 minutes. Water temperature can affect the bandage cure time. Colder water can result in a slower curing time, warmer water temperatures can result in a faster cure time.
* Large applications may require multiple bandages.
