Locking mechanism test

Braking mechanism test
Place the mine car on a horizontal track and run at a constant speed of 1.5-3.5m/s. When braking, check the reliability of the mechanism. the components of the mechanism should be firmly connected and braked reliably. When the force leaves the brake pedal the brake shoe should leave the wheel tread in time.
Wheel set test
the friction wheel or belt is driven by an electric motor, and the wheel is driven to run at a speed of not less than 500r/min for 10 minutes. the wheel rotates flexibly and the resistance torque is not more than 1370N.mm.
Locking mechanism test
When turning without load, the cart can be turned flexibly, and the unloading angle is ≥40°; after the locking mechanism is opened manually, the mine car can be easily and flexibly tipped to either side of its longitudinal centerline.
Buffer spring performance test
When metal springs are used, the compression performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1239.4; when rubber springs are used, the compression performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1684.
