Overviews
Risol FL2000S is a water-soluble synthetic polymer with strong dispersive properties in powder form,which can control fluid loss through Adsorption and aggregation reducing pore size and enhancing viscosity of water phase. FLAC Risol FL2000S is effective at temperatures higher than 400°F (204°C).The Product can help control fluid losses in seawater slurries, salt-saturated slurries, and slurries containing 5% KCl or 2% CaCl2.
Risol FL2000S was developed as a less dispersive alternative to Halad-413 fluid-loss additive. It has a broad range of applications and has been developed to meet response requirements in heavyweight slurries, seawater, and saturated salt designs. It is designed for use in heavyweight (high-density), high-temperature slurries or any slurry that contains salt (2% up to saturated) with no loss of performance, it is the ideal fluid-loss additive for high-temperature, high-density slurries.
