STRONG SYSTEM is specialized in the supply of architectural steel profiles for curtain walls and faades. the sections are laser welded and differ considerably from conventional fillet-welded sections. They are sharp-edged and the seam created by the laser welding machine is very small, neat and barely noticeable. Architects very much appreciate the sharp contour of STRONG SYSTEM's mullions and transoms because it allows a distinct separation between light and shadow. Furthermore, the weld penetration can be calibrated precisely according to the structural load requirements of the curtain wall minimizing distortion and stress. these high span facade profiles can be hollow sections (SHS or RHS), T-sections or free forms. They are custom made and structural engineers are free to design the width, height, web and flange thicknesses according to the static requirements.
