Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of various kinds of back valves like Elastomer rubber valve ( Duckbill Valve, Umbrella Valve, Duckbill Umbrella Combination Valve ), Plastic check valve, Plastic pipe connector, PVC/TPU tubings etc. We have our own Vulcanization machine, Injection machine, Ultra-Welding Machines.

Q2: how do you control the products quality?

A: We will do all the process per ISO 9001 quality system. Also We have QC to do the sampling inspection when in production,and do 2^nd 100% inspection for the products before shipment to make sure the back valves to our clients are qualified.

Q3: What is the lead time for an order?

A: Usually it will 10-15 days to finish the goods, but sometimes it depends on the order quantity.

Q4: how do you to handle the quality issue if the products have defectives after received?

A: We will cover the defectives in the next order or we can compensate.

Q5: What is your Payment Terms?

A: Sample order: 100% T/T in advance. Production Order: Small amount: 100% T/T in advance. Big amount: We do 50% Deposit in advance before production, balance payment before shipment.

Q6: If we offer you a rough or detailed technical drawing, can you customize for us?

A: Yes, we can do OEM/ODM work, if any technical limits on your design, we will share you how to modify the design.

and with a new design valve, normally there will need a new mould which will have a mould cost. but the mould cost can be refunded by Equivalent value products ( Back Valves ) when up to a certain quantity.
