this standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of planetary cement and mortar mixers (hereinafter referred to as mortar mixers).
this standard is applicable to cement cement cement cement strength test method GB/T17671-1999 and other specified test methods used in this standard for cement cement mixer strength.

3. Structure and type
the planetary sand mixer consists of a sand mixing pot, a blade and the corresponding mechanism. the stirring pot can be moved freely, but it can be easily fixed on the pot seat, and stirring will not be obvious shaking and rotation; the stirring blade is fan-shaped, rotating clockwise and rotating counterclockwise around the pot when stirring, and has high and low speed, belonging to the planetary mixer. Is the use of ISO 679:1989 standard of ISO sand mixer type.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 Rotation and revolution speeds of stirring blades at high and low speeds shall meet the requirements in Table 1:

4.2 the working procedure of the sand mixer is dynamic and automatic.
the automatic control program is as follows: low speed 30s±1s, then low speed 30s±1s, and at the same time automatically start adding sand and finish all adding within 20s~30s; high speed 30s±1s, stop 90s±1s, high speed 60s±1s.
Manual control with high, stop, low three speed and sand function control twist, and automatic interlock.
4.3 the standard sand used in a test shall all enter the pot and shall not be splashed outside.
4.4 stirring pot
4.4.1 Stirring pot shall be resistant to rust. the shape and basic dimensions of the stirring pot are shown in Figure 1.
4.4.2 Stirring pot depth: 180mm±2mm.
4.4.3 Inner diameter of stirring pot: 202mm±1mm.
4.4.4 Wall thickness of stirring pot: 1.5mm±0.1mm.
4.5 Stirring blade
4.5.1 Stirring blades are made of cast steel or non-embroidered steel. the shape and basic size of stirring blades are shown in Figure 2.
4.5.2 the axial diameter of stirring blade is Φ27.0mm±0.5mm; the thread connecting with the stirring blade drive shaft is M181.5 ~ 6H; the diameter of the positioning hole is mm, and the depth is ≥18mm.
4.5.3 Total length of stirring blade: 198mm±1mm;
Effective stirring length: 130mm±2mm;
Total width of stirring blade: 135.0mm~135.5mm;
Stirring blade wing width: 8mm±1mm;
Stirring blade wing thickness: 5mm±1mm.
4.6 the working gap between stirring blades and the bottom of the pot and the wall of the pot: 3mm±1mm.
4.7 the direction of revolution of the stirring blade is marked in the conspicuous position of the nose. the rotation direction of stirring blade is clockwise, and the rotation direction is counterclockwise.
4.8 the sound of the mortar mixer is normal during operation, and the pot and stirring blade shall not have obvious shaking phenomenon.
4.9 the electrical control of the sand mixer is stable and reliable, and the insulation resistance of the machine is ≥2MΩ.
4.10 the outer surface of the sand mixer shall not be rough or uneven, and there shall be no bumps or depressions not specified in the drawing.
4.11 the non-processed surface of the sand mixer shall be treated with rust prevention, and the paint on the outer surface shall be smooth, smooth, uniform and consistent in color.
4.12 the machining surface of the parts of the sand mixer shall not be bruised, scratched and rusted.
5 Test Methods
5.1 Inspection Conditions
5.1.1 the laboratory should be kept clean and free from corrosive gases.
5.1.2 the fluctuation of power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10%.
5.2 Inspection instruments and equipment
A. Accuracy of speed measuring instrument shall not be lower than 1r/min;
B. Accuracy of stopwatch shall not be less than 0.1s;
C. Depth scale dividing value is not more than 0.02mm;
D. Vernier caliper indexing value is not greater than 0.02mm;
E. 2mm and 4mm steel wire;
F. Inner diameter micrometer indexing value is not more than 0.02mm;
G. Thickness gauge indexing value is not more than 0.02mm;
H. Balance indexing value is not more than 0.1g;
I. M181.5 thread gauge;
J. Megaohm meter rated DC voltage 500V, accuracy not less than 2.5;
K. Other auxiliary tools and instruments.
5.3 Detection of speed of stirring blades in 4.1
the speed of stirring blade can be measured under load or no-load condition. In case of dispute, the load shall prevail.
during detection, a piece of black tape is pasted on the rotating shaft of the stirring blade, and then a reflective piece is pasted on the black tape. The rotating speed of the stirring blade, n1, n1', is directly detected by the reflective table, and then the rotating speed and slow speed of the stirring blade are calculated according to the formula (1) and (2).

Where: n1, n1' -- fast and slow rotating speed of stirring blade rotor, the unit is r/min;
N2, n2' -- fast and slow rotating speed of stirring blades, in r/min;
I -- deceleration ratio of planetary mechanism of blender;
Z1 -- gear ring tooth number of planetary mechanism, unit:
Z2 -- the number of gear teeth of planetary mechanism, in units.
5.4 Detection of 4.2 stirring time: use stopwatch for detection.
5.5 Check the completeness of 4.3 sand adding: accurately weigh a bag of ISO sand, pour it into the sand bucket, and start the automatic working procedure of the mixer. Check the weight of sand in the mixing pot after the mixing procedure. When the sand loss is less than or equal to 1g, it meets the requirements.
5.6 Inspection and testing of 4.4 Stirring pot:
5.6.1 Material and anti-embroidery treatment of stirring pot 4.4.1: Visual inspection.
5.6.2 Detection of pot depth in 4.4.2: Use depth ruler to detect the distance between the lowest point of the circular arc at the bottom of the pot and the plane of the pot mouth.
5.6.3 Detection of the inner diameter of 4.4.3 pot: Use the inner diameter micrometer to detect at any two perpendicular positions of the cylinder section, and take the average value of the two as the final result.
5.6.4 Detection of wall thickness of pot 4.4.4: Use thickness calipers to measure symmetric two points on the upper and lower parts of the pot.
5.7 Inspection and detection of 4.5 stirring blades
5.7.1 Inspection of 4.5.1 stirring blade material: visual inspection.
5.7.2 Detection of axial diameter, positioning hole diameter, depth, total length of stirring blade, effective length of stirring blade, total width of stirring blade, wing width of stirring blade and wing thickness of stirring blade in 4.5.2 and 4.5.3: Detection with vernier calipers.
5.7.3 Check the thread of 4.5.2 connection: Use the thread gauge.
5.8 Check the gap between 4.6 stirring blade and pot wall: first cut off the power supply, open the rear end cover of the motor, manually turn the motor wind blade to drive the stirring blade, so that the plane of the stirring blade is perpendicular to the pot wall, and check the gap between the stirring blade, the bottom of the pot and the pot wall with F2.0mm diameter and F4.0mm steel wire at 6 mutually symmetric positions.
5.9 Inspection on the running state of Blender in 4.7 and 4.8: Visual inspection.
5.10 Detection of 4.9 insulation resistance: Use Megohm meter.
5.11 Inspection of appearance and parts of 4.10, 4.11, 4.12: visual inspection.
6. Test the rules
6.1 Factory inspection
Factory inspection is the whole content of Chapter 4 except 4.1 rotation speed. the measured data of the main items of the outgoing inspection shall be recorded in the accompanying file.
6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection is the whole content of Chapter 4.
Type test should be carried out under any of the following circumstances:
A. Trial production verification of new products or transfer of old products to factories;
B. after the formal production of the product, there are major changes in its structure design, materials, technology and key supporting components that may affect the performance of the product;
C. during normal production, periodically or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated, a periodic inspection shall be conducted;
D. When the product resumes production after long-term production suspension;
E. When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements.
6.3 Decision Rules
6.3.1 Delivery inspection
Each mixer is qualified for delivery inspection when it meets the delivery requirements. If any of them fails to meet the requirements, it will be judged as unqualified in the factory inspection.
6.3.2 Type inspection
When the batch is not more than 50 sets, 2 sets shall be sampled. If 1 set is unqualified after inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. When the batch is more than 50 sets, 5 sets shall be sampled. If 2 or more unqualified products are found after inspection, the batch shall be judged as unqualified batch.
7 Logo and packaging
7.1 mark
the blender shall have a nameplate, which includes:
A. Name;
B. Models;
C. Date of production;
D. Production number;
E. Manufacturer.
7.2 the packing
7.2.1 Rust prevention measures must be taken before packing except for the painted surface.
7.2.2 When packing, it should be fixed on the bottom of the box with bolts, and the upper and surrounding parts of the machine should be supported so that it will not move in any direction during transportation. the packing case shall meet the requirements of the corresponding transportation mode.
7.3 Product qualification certificate, inspection report, instruction manual, packing list, spare parts and special testing tools are attached to the packing case.
7.4 the packing case should be clearly marked:
(a) Full name and model of the instrument, upper and lower marks, manufacturer's name and factory serial number;
(b) receiving unit and address;
(c) "Do not turn upside down", "handle with care", "Keep away from moisture", etc.
