this machine is a two axis (X-axis,Z-axis) CNC Internal grinding machine tool, which is mainly used to grind the inner hole, step hole,inner end face and outer end face of the work piece. the grinding cycle is completed automatically (with automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding and fine grinding); Automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation,etc.)

the machine tool adopts structure mode that the work piece box do the forward and backward feed movement and the worktable (grinding wheel frame) do the left and right movement. the feeding guide rail of the work piece box and the reciprocating guide rail of the grinding wheel frame are linear rolling guide rails. and the movement is driven by the servo motor through ball screw.

the rotation speed of work piece spindle and grinding wheel motorized spindle is controlled by frequency converter to realise stepless speed regulation.

the work piece fixture use a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user'S work piece.
