Specifications
First, the main structure of hydraulic shearing machine
1. Rack
the frame structure welded by steel plate has good rigidity. the two cylinders are fixed on the left and right columns. the table surface is provided with an auxiliary tool holder, which is convenient to adjust the tool holder. the table surface is also equipped with feeding roller ball, easy to operate.
2. Upper tool rest
Welded by steel plate structure, with good rigidity, it takes eccentric sleeve as the fulcrum in the left and right oil cylinder and accumulator return cylinder drive for reciprocating swing to complete the shear. the vertical support surface of the upper tool rest blade is supported in an arc curve to ensure the consistency of the clearance between the upper and lower blades in the shearing process.
3. Press device
It is composed of several pressor oil cylinders installed on the supporting plate in front of the machine. after the pressor oil cylinder is fed, the pressor head presses down after overcoming the tension spring tension and compacting the plate. after the shear is completed, it is reset by means of tension.
4. Front and rear stopper
Front stop: placed on the table surface, use a ruler to indicate the value, in order to adjust the movable stop block to reach the required value of the stop, the use of front stop shear is more convenient when cutting thin steel plate.
Rear stopper: it is installed on the upper tool holder to swing up and down with the upper tool holder. the adjustment of the rear stopper is driven by the motor and driven by the screw after it is decelerated by the gear.
Two, the upper and lower blade edge clearance is adjusted by the handle, the dial indicates the value, the adjustment is light, correct and reliable.
Three, the stroke can be stepless adjustment, the press force can be automatically adjusted with the thickness of the shear plate, the size of the material and the number of shear are digital display device. the machine is easy to use.
