4. High input speed: up to 8000PRM
5. High torque: higher torque than general standard planetary gearboxes;
6. High speed reduction ratio: adopting modular design, the planetary gearboxes can be interconnected, and the speed ratio can reach 1/1000 or more;
AE series servo planetary reducer series:
Designed for square flanges, the installation size is simple and convenient. Model classification: HL40, 60, 90, 120, 160, 200 machine base models. Speed ratio: There are 19 speed ratios to choose from between 1-1000; Divided into first, second, and third stage variable reduction transmission; Accuracy: The first level transmission accuracy is 3-5 arc minutes, the second level transmission accuracy is 5-7 arc minutes, and the third level transmission accuracy is -10 arc minutes; Waiting for over 1000 specifications.
7. High stability: Made of high-strength alloy steel, the entire gear has undergone hardening treatment, not just surface hardening, to ensure its service life and long-term use while maintaining the original precision.
