This type of machine uses the strongpoint of successful machine in market, and according to the use of demand in our national block factory, so this new type of machine is invented. It uses the automatically hydraulic pressure to drive, it is connected by the integration of high-pressure tube, and so it is easy to be installed and disassembled. When it is in the working, the concrete should be mixed according to the different proportion; the force feeding mixing device can save the cost, and has the different way to feed material, for example, the fly ash, steel slag, sintered aggregate, coal slack, perlite and so on all could be added into the material to be mixed. After mixing, the material is lifted into the hopper to be stored by the belt conveyor. When the feeder that is under the hopper receives the material, the feeder sends the material into the mould box automatically, and pre-vibration with adding the material. The pre-vibration of time is adjusted according to the demand. When it finishes adding material, the feeder returns into the original position with razing the rest material on the mould box automatically, open the hopper of sector gate, the material falls into the feeder. And the press-head descends swiftly at the same time until it touches the mould box, when the mould box is vibrating the material to be the brick, the press-head stops working. This operational process could be intelligence and digital in order to be controlled by the computer, during production, the program could be designed according to the productive demand; it can be manual control, semi-automatic control, and automatic control. When the vibration is finished, the mould box rises up to remove the mould. The machine is perfect equipment, which makes the press-head rising up into the initial position; the switch gives the signal, the main machine stops working temporarily. This machine adopts the Proportional electro-hydraulic flow control valve to adjust the pressure and flux according to the every part of load and speed of demand in order to reduce the impact and save the energy. When the brick is finished, the pallet feeder of motor starts to send the steel pallet under the mould box, at the same time, brings the bricks out, the bricks of hair are cleaned
