We can supply over 5,000MT of refractory SiC available per year with the specifications of 90%,88%,85%,80%,75%,70%,65%,60%,55%,50%,45% and 40% of silicon. Physical and Chemical Properties for Refractory SiC: 1. Refractory SiC JB/CQ 6001-82. This standard is applicable to the production of silicon carbide for making silicon carbide refractory grits and refractory concrete 2. Refractory SiC Grit should be smaller than 3.15mm and 85% should be between 3.15mm and 0.1mm unless there are special demands from clients 3. There should be no megascopic impurities with low melting point (such as metal scrapings)
