1. Product
Comensflex 8288 A/B is a two-component polyurethane water-proofing coating. The coating is featured with high strength, high extensive rate, good age-resistance, high tear strength, environment friendly, which can provide a solid and permanent water proofing layer for various structures.
2. Application
Comensflex 8288 A/B can be applied in water proofing and moisture proofing for road, bridge, tunnel, culvert, basement, pool, refrigerator, terrace, and etc. It can be used as water-proof layer applied in concrete bridge deck in high-speed railway.
3. Instruction
The application surface should be clean, hard, dry, with no grease, or other contaminations. All the dust, and particles should be completely cleaned before application.
Match proportion:
Comensflex 8288 A/Comenflex 8288 B=1: 1. The adhesive should be mixed according to the required proportion uniformly when needed.
Application quantity:
Application with brush. Brushing should be carried out for twice. It should be knife coated to form a paint film for about 0.2mm at the surface for the first time. Knife coating should be done in 1-2 hours for the second time. The mixture should be used up within 20 minutes. Only mix when needed. The thickness should meet the requirement. The thickness should be more than 2mm.
Amount for reference:
Thickness: About 1mm. The application quantity should be around 1.2~1.3kg/m2.
