Vibrating Screen

YKJ series round vibrating screen: it moves in circle, and is kind of multilayer, high efficiency, new type vibrating screen. It adopts the cylindrical eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block to adjust amplitude. The material screen has long drip line with many screening specifications, specifically designed for screening mineral stones at the working site, also used as product grading for mines, coal separation, mine separatism, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries. It features reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, sturdy and durable, easy maintenance, and safe use.

Working principle:
The eccentric block is driven though the vee belt by the electric motor with high speed rotation. The rotating eccentric block produces a large centrifugal force, and stimulates the screen box to move in circle with a certain amplitude. The materials are continuously casted by the impulse from the screen box, and the smaller size less than the sieve mesh is sieved and graded.

Structure Composition:
The round vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen, vibrator, damper spring device, and base frame etc. The side plate of the screener adopts the high quality of steel plate. The side plate, beam, and vibration exciter adopts the high-strength bolt or ring grooved lock bolt connected. The vibrator is installed on the side plate, driven for rotating through the coupling by the electric motor, which generates the centrifugal inertia force and compelled the screener to vibrate.

Application and maintenance:
The vibrating screen should be started under the circumstances of no materials, fed into the materials when working steadily. Firstly stop feeding the materials, and remove it from the surface, finally close the machine. When working, observe the operating of the screener, if any abnormal running or sound happening, stop the machine timely for checking, find out the reasons, and remove the troubles.
