Application:

ZKB series linear vibrating screen is applied in coal dressing, mineral seperation, dehydration, medium speration and drainaging of coal and mineral.

Working principle and features:

ZKB3675 line vibrating screen is of simple substance vibrating system. It is consisted of screen box, vibrators, 4 groups of supporting spring unit, motor, tires and cardo. Etc.

The screen box vibration is made by the inertia excited force, which is produced by the two groups of vibrator rotating in opposite directions. The two groups of vibrator have the same eccentric mass and distance. When the eccentric mass of the two vibrator rotates at the same direction, the excited force overlap-added, while the mass at the opposite location, the force make cancellations with each other. Therefore, the vibrator produces a line force, of which the strength and direction change continously, making the screen box's line vibration.

There is no gear connection between the two groups of vibrator, while they were driven by two different motors, and achieve synchronization for the reason of mechanic principle. Under the excited force, the material makes continuous tossing movement at an inclined angle of 45° with the screen. Thus the material was discrete, layered and then classified, reach the purpose of dehydration, medium speration drainaging and grading.

This Machine uses rubber spring as supporting. As rubber spring has larger internal damping, this machine needs no damping units.
